The challenge of understanding and capturing the andean geography to blend it into cult beverages is our everyday task. We use regional raw materials, which, along with the work and heart of small producers, bring us the lost traditions and culture of the Andes. All of this is then combined with a sophisticated production system, developed by our technical team, always striving for the highest quality standards and with a deep passion for creating spirits with a unique signature and character.
Finally, we cannot conceive a company without a commitment to its surroundings. Our work philosophy is based on the care of nature and its people.
We work with a complex natural water recovery system, energy resource optimization in the factory, restoration of native flora, and the inclusion of local small producers.
Creating a spirit that is uniquely of its origin and having the honor of carrying its name is a challenge that few are willing to face. Who, then, would dare to craft spirits with the genetics of the highest mountains in the West? Only a passionate and relentlessly determined team.
To earn the right to claim a place, one must invoke its essence. In the Andes, this means its land, its climate, and its people.
At the foot of Aconcagua, the 6,961-meter sentinel of the longest continental mountain range on Earth, lies Mendoza. This arid oasis was born from a mix of races: from the ancient Inca warrior to the peaceful Huarpes, from the Spanish colonist to the Italian immigrant, from the European explorer to the gaucho and the baqueano. These are the makers of a town that would become field, mountain, city, and promise.
The malbec, the condor, the guanaco, and the vizcacha; volcanoes, hills, sierras and plains; jarilla, thyme, coirón, and chañar; the benteveo, the hummingbird, the hornero, and the calandria—this is the most prosperous city in western Argentina, a home and habitat for life and dreams, shining brightly in the eyes of the entire world.
Here, we built our distillery: at the foot of the mountain range, in Las Compuertas district, Luján de Cuyo, the first winemaking region. Amidst towering poplars and centuries-old aguaribays, we planted the dream of giving the world spirits with Andean genetics. Fed by glacier water, shaped by the gentle and hardworking hands of the silent local producer, and perfected by the technique of a team obsessed with every detail, our spirits aim to rise to the highest peaks of our mountains, in search of Andean glory.
